What do I need to bring with me to pick up the car?
The main driver should bring 3 things (all in the name of the driver):
A credit card with the balance to cover the car deposit
Full driving license used for at least two years
TC ID card or Passport of the main driver
Additional drivers must also have their full driver's license with them.
We recommend that you bring your credit card to take these charges into account, as you will be paying for additional drivers and extra equipment when you arrive to collect the car.

Can I rent a car if I don't have a credit card?
Our rental customers must have Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards issued by their own domestic or foreign banks.
Individuals who do not have a credit card or whose credit card limit is insufficient cannot carry out the blocking process in line with the guarantor of another person holding a credit card.
Individuals who have rented before and do not have a credit card can give a <cash block> within the permission of the operations department officer and 15 days after the vehicle is delivered, any damage, fine, toll, etc. If there is no debt, the <cash blocked> is returned to the bank account number specified by the rental individual, deducting the cost (transfer and EFT transaction).
How can I change my reservation / add my flight number?
You can cancel or change your reservation by calling our main call center 24 hours in advance. You can change your travel time, the type of car you want and add information such as flight number.
We do not charge any processing fee to change your reservation.
However, if you make any changes to your reservation, the price will likely change. We recommend making all changes as early as possible.
Which payment methods does Aryecar.com accept?
You can book a car on our site with many credit and debit cards. We will indicate to you the payment methods we accept at the time of booking.
However, we would like to point out that the main driver must bring a credit card with them to collect the car.
The credit card is important as a deposit is required on the credit card.
You can pay for the rental in any way you want on our site – the cards you use for the rental and the deposit need not be the same.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or change your reservation by calling our main call center 24 hours in advance.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Reservation changes are made according to vehicle and program availability. In the reservation change, the vehicle change can be made up to 48 hours before the rental start time, taking into account the price difference. In case of reservation cancellation, if the cancellation request is notified to us 48 hours before the purchase time of the vehicle, the total amount paid for the rental is declared within 7 working days, to the credit card paid according to your request, or via e-mail to info@aryecar.com. will be refunded to your bank account.
If the vehicle is canceled without notice and / or the cancellation request is notified 24 hours before the vehicle purchase time, 20% of the payment amount will be canceled and the remaining amount will be returned to the declared credit card or bank account.
Do I have to pay for additional drivers?
Any additional drivers you request will be paid for when you pick up your car.
You can choose to add an additional driver when you rent your car for the first time, or you can go to "member login" to change your reservation and add another driver.
Do I have to pay additional fees for vehicle delivery?
Yes sometimes.
Alongside your car deposit, you will pay for any additional services and additional drivers you want.
Other costs depend on where you rent a car, the age of the driver(s) and what your trip requires.
Here are some examples of expenses you may have to pay:
Government rules and taxes, location charges, one-way fare, fuel charge, credit card charge, winterization, junior driver, senior driver, roadside assistance, distance and cross-border fare.

What are the license conditions?
To get your rental car, you need to bring your driver's license with you.
Drivers must have used their license for at least two years.
Provisional licenses are not accepted.
How can I pay for additional equipment?
When you pick up the car, you will pay for any extras you want, such as a child seat, GPS or Wi-Fi.
If you want to add additional equipment after making your reservation, you can go to "member login" and make changes to add the ones you want.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will always be able to find these equipment, as payment will be made directly for the extra equipment you choose.
How can I request an invoice or receipt?
You can get an invoice for your reservations at any time by specifying your billing address during the reservation.
Please contact us if you wish to make any changes to your invoice.
Can I take the rental car to another country?
Unfortunately, there is no vehicle exit outside the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
If I have questions after the rental process is over, how can I ask them?
Please send your questions to info@aryecar.com so that we can evaluate the situation, or you can get answers to your questions directly from our call center.
What does fuel conditions mean?
When vehicles are delivered with full tank of fuel, they are received with the same amount of fuel. However, if a lack of fuel is detected when the vehicle is received, the missing part will be requested according to the current fuel price and a service fee of 40 Turkish Liras will be requested. For vehicles that are not delivered with a full tank, fuel will be requested at the time of return, equal to the amount of fuel delivered. In case of fuel less than the amount of fuel delivered, the missing part will be taken according to the current fuel price and no service fee will be charged. In case of excess fuel, there is no cash refund. A gift voucher will be given instead.
What additional protections can Aryecar.com provide?
1.1. Exemption Insurance: You can purchase exemption insurance in order to protect the exemption cost in case of accident and damage that you may encounter during the rental. In cases where you have purchased exemption insurance, you will be protected from any liability if the requested documents are delivered in full. You can purchase the exemption insurance online or from the office staff during the rental.
1.2. LCF Insurance: Eliminates the financial liability that can be caused by glass, tire and headlight damage during the rental. You can buy it online and from our office staff at the time of reservation.
What can I do if I haven't received confirmation for my reservation?
We confirm most reservations immediately and almost all within 24 hours. If we have not confirmed your reservation within 24 hours, we will then contact you and explain the reason.
After your reservation is confirmed, you can see the status of your reservation in the "Reservation check" section.
Where can I get information about insurance or protection for my rental car?
You can find the coverage of protection included in the rental car in the terms and conditions. You can see them in the search results under Terms and Conditions.
All the protections offered as standard are provided by aryecar.com. You can find the details of this protection in the rental contract that you will sign when you receive the car.
What insurances come with my rental car?
All rentals include Accident Damage Insurance, Rent a Car insurance and Theft Protection. In addition:
When you make the reservation, you can purchase extra protection insurance such as exemption or LCF insurance when you go to pick up the vehicle.

Can I get a refund if I deliver my car early?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for the portion of your rental that you do not use.
This is because we have committed you to the entire reservation and we have reserved the use of the car for you for the entire time.
It is planned according to the reservation based on the vehicles and parking needs.
What is my vaccine?
Excess is the amount you have to pay if the car is damaged (covered by Accident Damage Insurance) or stolen (covered by Theft Protection).
You can find information on the excess fees for your reservation in the terms and conditions and on your confirmation receipt.
What is Accident Damage Insurance or CDW?
Accident Damage Insurance is a type of protection for rented cars. Limits the driver's liability in case of damage to the rented car.
This means that if the car is damaged while in your possession, Aryecar will not take full charge of you.
There is almost always an overshoot. This means you will pay the first part of all repair costs.
However, windshields, tyres, chassis, key and lock replacement and towing charges are generally not included. This means that if these parts of the car are damaged or the car is towed, you will be responsible for the entire expense, not just the overrun.
In addition, Accident Damage Insurance only works if you comply with the terms of the rental agreement (which you signed when receiving the car). This means that if you (for example) drink drunk or park in a risky area and the car is damaged as a result, you will be liable for all repair costs, not just overrun.
What is Theft Insurance or TP?
Theft Protection is a type of protection for rented cars. Limits the driver's liability if the rented car is stolen.
This means that if the car is stolen while in your possession, the car rental company will not charge you all the cost.
There is almost always an overshoot, which means you will pay the first part of all repair or replacement costs.
Theft Protection only works if you comply with the terms of the rental agreement you will sign (when you receive the car). This means (for example) that if you leave the car unlocked and it is stolen, you will be responsible for all repair and replacement costs, not just overrun.
What should I do when I receive my car?
1. Check the car
Inspect for damage by walking around the car and looking inside.
If you find any damage, ask our rental staff to indicate this in your rental agreement. Take pictures to be sure about the initial condition of the car.
2. Check what fuel is being used
Open the cap to see if it's petrol or diesel.
3. Gasoline may have "95" on it. If you are not sure what fuel the car is running on, ask the representative before leaving.
4. Look at the control panel
The rental car is normally delivered with a certain amount of fuel, so check the fuel control panel as you will be returning the amount of fuel in the fuel tank.
Turn the ignition key to check that there is fuel in the tank (and that the headlights are working).
5. Determine your route
If your car has GPS, it is useful to set it to your language before you set off.
6. Wait a bit
Once everyone is safely buckled up, take a moment to straighten the mirrors, adjust the seat, locate reverse gear, and locate the turn signal levers.
7. Look at the gas station
Check out where the gas station is on the way out.
8. This saves you the stress of fuel policy before returning the car.
Why do I need to sign a rental agreement at the rental point?
Because the contract you signed states what you accept when you buy the car from the car rental company.
Like any other contract you sign, it's important to be aware of what you're agreeing to and to feel comfortable with.
How can I deliver my car at no extra cost?
Get the car on time, with the right amount of fuel, and without new damage or excessive contamination.
When you deliver the car, Aryecar may charge you for:
An additional full day if you bring the car late
Deficiencies due to fuel quantity and service fee
Cleaning the car if it is too dirty
New damage and non-procedural application
What should I do if the car breaks down or I have an accident?
If the car breaks down, call the Aryecar call center number directly. You can find this number on the rental agreement you signed when you bought the car.
Aryecar damage support team will tell you what to do next.
Keep all documents given to you safe.
If you have an accident call the Aryecar call center number.
You can find this number on the rental agreement you signed when you bought the car.
Call the police to report the accident.
Aryecar damage support team will then ask you to fill out an accident report.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If you add your flight information to your reservation, Aryecar can track your flight and keep the car up to 2 hours.
If your flight is delayed and you have not entered your flight details in your reservation, please call us at the Aryecar call center number as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, aryecars.com cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by flight delays and cancellations, which are beyond our control.
Will I need to leave a deposit when I pick up my car?
Yup. When you come to collect the car, the staff at the rental point will ask you to leave a deposit in case the car is damaged or stolen during your rental. The deposit amount will be blocked or withdrawn from the main driver's credit/debit card and will be held throughout the rental.
As long as you bring the car undamaged at the end of the rental, your money will be unblocked / refunded within 15 days.
If your main driver's card does not have enough deposit, you may not be allowed to pick up the car, or the staff at the rental point may warn you to purchase additional protection from them.
This is standard practice at all car rental companies.
